Version 0.6.5, the standard for a while


This version of the game is going to stick around for a while. I'm focusing my efforts on writing the starter settings for this game now, so not too many changes are going to be applied to the base rules. With this update, I did a bunch of balance changes, especially to species' starting stats, and how stats apply to base things in general. 

Max item hold weight is now 1 + Strength stat for each hand, so lower Strength characters can still use somewhat heavy items. 

Move speed is now 1 + Agility, following the idea of max hold weight. Run speed is 3x this, and sprint speed is 5x this. 

Initiative is a Luck roll instead of just 2d6. Luck is going to get more use, but specific to each setting. I felt it needed at least a little something in the base rules, so I applied it to turn order. :) 

Climbing speed is 1 + half Dexterity stat. 

Dying rules have been reworked-- now characters can choose to do nothing, or choose to press their luck and roll Endurance to see if they can pick themselves back up. 

Various rephrasing to add clarity, and small balance changes.
