Version 0.2 Changelog


Whew! It's been a few months of personal life things, but I've finally been able to get back to the game and get it to a place I feel like fits a milestone. I changed lots of stuff, both based on personal preference and feedback I've received from the 0.1 and 0.18 versions, so I can't list every little change, but here are some major ones:

- AP regenerates on the character's turn, not all at the end of the round.

- Two more stats have been added, for a total of 8 character stats. These are Dexterity and Luck-- luck isn't used a lot yet, but I have big plans for it! Dexterity is actually a result of splitting Agility into two stats, since it was becoming much more powerful than the others. Dexterity covers hand accuracy, and Agility is body movement accuracy. Now, all weapon attacks use Dexterity by default for the accuracy of attacking, no longer needing an extra feature to add it to the accuracy. 

- Feature points have been reduced, but each feature is a little stronger, so the balance should be the same.

- Weapon types have been kinda replaced with attack types, in an attempt to simplify weapons (especially melee weapons) a bit. I can maybe see this being a bit confusing and making weapons seem more complex, so please let me know if you have any feedback on it! 

- Lots of various rules have been simplified and streamlined. Please go check them out! :) I really appreciate any feedback, especially from real play sessions, and take them seriously! I hope you enjoy the game! :)
